Kristina Hodges – Leasing Team Leader
Kristina Hodges is the Leasing Team Leader at Select Leasing & Management. Kristina is
responsible for new leases, lease expirations, renewals. She is accountable to leadership and
coordination on onboarding new properties onto the company’s portfolio. She provides
ongoing team development and support to her team to manage the mixed-use portfolio of over
1 million square feet consisting of office, multi-family and apartments/association units. She is
also well versed in AppFolio and provides comprehensive support to her fellow teammates.
Kristina is licensed as a Missouri Real Estate Salesperson. She has been awarded the top Leasing
Agent in the Metro St. Louis area since 2017.
Prior to joining Select Leasing & Management, Kristina worked for The Walt Disney Company,
Disney Regional Entertainment for nine years in Human Resources. She worked closely with
corporate legal on EEOC charges, as well as assisted employees with benefit administration,
training & development, and conflict resolution. She supported leadership team with
interpretation on company policy, discipline, and mediation of staff disputes, played an integral
role in closing two stores comprised of over 300 employees by serving as key point of contact
for staff from initial notice of closing to end of severance period.
